Delivery.
Our furniture items are usually delivered by courier. We aim to deliver within 15 working days of order and will keep you informed of delivery progress. To book the courier we need the delivery address and a contact telephone number. We will let you know the delivery day so that you can arrange for somebody to collect and sign for the item.
Returns Policy.
We will accept returns and reimburse your payment for up to 14 days from delivery. The customer is always responsible for the cost of returning the item if it is returned due to a change of mind. We require notification before you return the item.
We take great care to ensure our products reach you in A1 condition. Any faults must be reported as soon as discovered and in any case within 7 days from delivery. If the return is due to a faulty product we will arrange the return carriage. We will then deliver a replacement item free of charge.
Any returned item must be undamaged, unaltered, untreated and otherwise in the same condition it was delivered in. It should be returned in the original box or packaging.
Warranty.
If your item of furniture has any part that fails within 1 year of delivery we will replace the part free of charge.
